3. Products, Pricing & Payments

Availability: Products are subject to availability. As many items are printed on-demand, production may occur after your order is placed.

Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£). While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is identified, we will notify you before proceeding with your order.

Payments: Full payment is required before processing. We accept Credit/Debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders & Shipping

Your order confirmation is an acknowledgment of receipt, not final acceptance. Acceptance occurs when payment is processed and the order enters production. For detailed timelines and carrier policies, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused/unopened items within 30 days. Defective or incorrect items are also eligible for return. This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

All logos, graphics, text, and designs are the exclusive property of INVENZA. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, INVENZA shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or third-party shipping delays. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
