1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Because our apparel is often printed on-demand to ensure premium quality, please allow for short production times before dispatch. You will receive an email with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our facility.

Standard UK Delivery: £4.99
Free UK Shipping: Orders over £50
Estimated Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
3. International Shipping
INVENZA ships globally. International rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–15 business days
Note: International delivery times may vary due to customs processing or local postal carrier efficiency.
4. Tracking & Logistics
Once your order is deployed, tracking details are sent via email. If your package is delayed by weather, customs, or courier network congestion, please contact our support team immediately, and we will investigate the status of your shipment.

Missing Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window, notify us. We will initiate an inquiry with the courier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
