1. The 30-Day Return Window
You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- In pristine, resellable condition
Note: As many of our products are printed-on-demand, we encourage checking our Size Guide thoroughly before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, and INVENZA will cover all return shipping costs in these instances.
3. How to Request a Return
Do not return items without contacting us first.
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected]. Include your order number, a brief description, and relevant photos if the item is damaged.
4. Shipping & Processing
- Standard Returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Faulty Items: INVENZA covers the return shipping cost.
- Refunds: Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used, worn, or washed clothing
- Digital products
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale”
