At INVENZA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent customer service. This policy explains when returns are accepted and how refunds are processed, in accordance with UK consumer law and applicable international regulations.


1. Your Legal Rights (UK & International Customers)

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to remedies if goods are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described
  • Unfit for their intended purpose

These rights apply regardless of any additional store policy.


2. Our Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Items that arrive damaged
  • Items that are defective
  • Items that are incorrect or not as described

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

This approach ensures fairness, hygiene, and product integrity for all customers.


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged or defective)

Do not return items without prior approval.


4. Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


5. Refunds & Replacements

If your return is approved, we will offer one of the following, at your choice:

  • A full refund to the original payment method
  • A replacement item

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

When the return is due to our error (faulty, damaged, or incorrect item), all shipping costs are fully covered by INVENZA.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged:

  • Personal or hygiene products
  • Intimate apparel
  • Health & personal care items
  • Digital products once delivered
  • Perishable goods
  • Any product marked as “Final Sale”

7. Exchanges

We do not offer general exchanges.
Replacements are issued only for approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
