At Invenza, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work in accordance with UK consumer law.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have the right to return most items purchased online from https://invenza.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging (with all tags attached).
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
2. Items Excluded from Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Underwear, swimwear, or face coverings.
- Customised, personalised, or made-to-order products.
- Gift cards or digital items.
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return, please email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely. Invenza is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirming approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you used Klarna, Clearpay, or another pay-later method, refunds will be handled through that provider.
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at [email protected].
We recommend placing a new order for faster processing and returning the unwanted item for a refund.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take quality seriously. If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect:
- Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- Attach photos showing the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check with your bank or card provider.
- Contact your payment provider (PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay, etc.).
- If you still need help, email [email protected] and we’ll investigate promptly.
